Brad Walker is a health science graduate of the University of New England and has postgraduate accreditations in athletics, swimming, and triathlon coaching. He has coached elite-level and world champion athletes from a variety of sports-triathlon, motorcycle racing, roller-skating, squash, and baseball- and has lectured extensively on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Walker is an authority on stretching and flexibility, and his work has been featured on About.com, Athletes.com, and BodyBuilding.com as well as in Runners World, Bicycling, Triathlete, Swimming and Fitness, and Triathlon Sports. He is founder and CEO of the Stretching Institute and StretchCoach.com, director of education for StretchLab, and author of The Anatomy of Stretching.
